Our mission is to support homeowners and builders in finding the best energy saving opportunities that are available. Compliance with the Energy Step Code requires extensive knowledge of building envelope and mechanical systems to optimize designs for sustainability. With our total building energy assessment approach, we will find the top solutions suited for you. Our integrated service offering, diverse knowledge and experience collectively provides added value to individual services and projects, while building long lasting relationships with clients.
Scott Hilder is an Energy Advisor licensed by Natural Resources Canada to provide Pre and Post Retrofit energy evaluations using the EnerGuide Rating Service for new and existing homes. With Over 15 years of experience in the delivery of energy assessments using HOT2000 software, as well as certification through HRAI to provide Heat Loss and Gain calculations using F280 software. Scott has a unique blend of technical knowledge and the ability to relay this information to homeowners and builders, which helps to build strong, healthy communicative relationships.
EXISTING HOME RENOVATIONS
Through a detailed analysis of your homes current energy consumption, we are able to help homeowners understand the house as a system approach to renovations. We can utilize our energy modeling software to help determine which upgrades would offer the best performance of the home, while considering the homeowners needs and budget.
